2015 Leelanau County Home Sales Volume has decreased a -7.13% over 2014's record setting figures although total units sold has increased +3.06% over 2014's total houses sold. Average sales price has decreased -9.89% and Median Sales Price has decreased -2.84%.

So far in 2015 Grand Traverse County Home Sales Volume has increase +14.10% over 2014's record setting figures. Average sales price is up +6.05% while Median Sales price is up +7.01%. Total number of units sold has increased 7.59%. For the 2nd year in a row there remains low home inventory, especially in the downtown Traverse City Area.
